ArioForm Enterprise is designed for multiple users whose information has to be processed and stored in a central information system. Thus, whatever the location of the user, the input device and the selected data transfer mode, all information collected on the field is immediately transferred, processed and stored in the same place.
As roles and different access rights can be assigned to each user, ArioForm Enterprise allows you to maintain your usual business process. In fact, you choose whether a user is authorized to transfer, view and/or validate the collected information.
ArioForm Enterprise also adapts to your internal procedures as it enables you to set up a multi-level validation workflow. Example: the field worker submits a work sheet, the department manager validates it, the administrative person issues the related invoice.
Lastly, a warning system prevents from exporting incorrect data to your information system. Alerts depend on the business rules designed in ArioForm Enterprise, i.e. required fields, ranges of correct value, expected formats.
Multi-device data collection
ArioForm Enterprise enables data collection through paper forms or by direct entry.
For data collection through paper forms, data input is done using digital pens and tablets. As for direct entry, it is done on a web interface or on any device connected to the Internet. It can also be done on a mobile client offering the same features as the web interface. Thus, field workers are free to choose their favorite input device while benefiting from centralized data processing as ArioForm Enterprise enables the combined use of all these data collection devices within the same process.

Then, data validation is done via the web interface or the mobile client. The handwritten ink can be shown on screen alongside the converted data to aid validation (see screenshots).
An easy and convenient tool
On the field, the most comfortable and common way to fill-in forms is the use of pen & paper. Therefore, using ArioForm Enterprise requires no real training.
ArioForm Enterprise is not only easy to use, it is also convenient for field workers as it makes their daily activities much more simple. Indeed, the time needed to perform administrative tasks is decreased as well as travels to offices so that field workers can focus on their core tasks, which increases their productivity. Besides, with the real-time monitoring of business rules, ArioForm Enterprise ensures that forms are properly filled by sending alerts to the user if any error or missing information is detected. As the user is able to correct the data himself before transferring it, he becomes responsible for the quality of the data integrated in the information system.
A centralized and customizable solution
Whether you choose to deploy ArioForm Enterprise in SaaS mode (Software as a Service) or integrated into your information system, gateways between ArioForm Enterprise and your existing solutions are possible as well as a unified and centralized parameter setting of the information to be captured, the business rules to be applied and the form pages to be processed, thus the maintenance and upgrade of the system is made easier.
To better suit your business needs, MGStream customizes ArioForm Enterprise by integrating on-demand services (proofreading, emailing, content management...). In addition, ArioForm Enterprise can process multipage forms and several types of forms within a single entity while providing automatic data consolidation.
Handwriting recognition
With handwriting recognition, handwritten data is immediately converted into computer data, which significantly shortens the time between data-acquisition and data-processing in the information system. Thanks to its expertise and experience in the field of handwriting recognition, MGStream developed its own handwriting recognition engine called ArioCognition that makes an optimum and simultaneous use of the different technologies available on the market in order to provide solutions ever more efficient in terms of conversion rate.
B2Web
B2Web is a Business-to-Web gateway developed by MGStream. This is an automaton integrated into the ArioForm Enterprise solution to automatically publish data to and retrieve data from Extranets, Intranets and legacy systems. B2Web is particularly useful when users have to enter in a web-based form or a third-party application the data they collected: B2Web does it instead of them.
